• Managed P&L and reached key operational and business goals in a broad range of institutions of higher education. Led a wide range of academic departments, programs, and schools.

• Multimedia course content development applications: proficient in entire Adobe Creative Suite, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrate, After Effects, as well as iMovie, GarageBand.

Clinical:
• Worked as a clinician for adults, children, and teens in home- and office-based settings. As a result, developed excellent people skills consulting, coaching, and counseling.
• Provided individual and family/group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, case management, psychosocial assessment, and psycho-education. As a result, developed excellent negotiation, team facilitation, and conflict management skills.
• Trained in both Jungian and Freudian psychoanalysis. Served as a Program Committee member of the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago 2008-2011.
